Terms & Conditions

• Entry is open from 7.30pm on 29 July 2021 until 7.30pm on 12 August 2021.
• This competition is being run by Kalm Werri Beach (Kalm), Soul Home (The Pause), The Grazing Girls, Luxury Clay Experiences, Soul Revival Spa and The Hill Bar and Kitchen.
• By entering our competition, all entrants are giving their permission to be subscribers on the mailing lists of all participating companies.
• This competition is open to Australian residents only.
• Your data will be collected in accordance with the privacy policies of all participating companies.
• All participating companies reserve the right to make alterations to the terms & conditions of this competition at any stage if required.
• Should COVID / lockdowns affect your travel/ bookings, all necessary actions will be taken.
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms & conditions.

PRIZE

The total cost of the prize is valued at approximately $3,000.

• $400 Kalm Gift Voucher to spend in store.
• One nights’ accommodation at The Pause for four people with a late check out (value $1,000).
• One dinner and one cocktail for four people at The Hill Bar and Kitchen.
• One clay experience for four people at The Pause by Luxury Clay Experiences.
• One grazing board for four people from The Grazing Girls to enjoy after the clay experience.
• In-house treatments for four people from Soul Revival Spa.

BOOKINGS

Your booking at the The Hill Bar and Kitchen is subject to availability and must be booked directly via their website, email or phone.

Your booking with Luxury Clay Experiences is subject to availability and must be booked directly via their website, email or phone.

Your booking with The Grazing Girls is subject to availability and must be booked directly via their website, email or phone.

Your booking at Soul Revival Spa is subject to availability and must be booked directly via their website, email or phone.

Your stay at The Pause is subject to availability and must be booked directly via their website, email or phone. The prize cannot be applied to existing bookings. The prize is not applicable during peak season (Easter, Christmas and New Years). 

Each of the above vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

ELIGIBILITY

Must be 18yrs or older at the time of entering the competition.

Must currently be an Australian resident and/or able to redeem within 6 months of competition end date.

• There will only one be 1 winner who will be selected at random and notified on 12 August 2021 at 7.30pm.
• If response has not been made within 14 days another potential winner will be selected at random and notified.
• Only eligible entries will be considered and drawn.
• Necessary information and gift vouchers will be emailed to the lucky winner within two weeks of prize draw.
